Cancellation Policy
Prices of treatments are mostly determined by time. Scheduling your appointment is a commitment.  We reserve your time, therefore no other client can be scheduled.  No shows or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment time and clients in need who can not get in.  To reschedule a missed appointment would require double appointment time.  24 hour notice is required.  48 hour notice for special events and Sundays.  If not, full service price or forfeit of gift certificate is rendered.

Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment .  Actual appointment time does not allow time for changing.  Those who arrive late will have that time subtracted from their treatment, but will be charged in full.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Personal Property
Please keep valuables with you at all times. Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Quiet Environment
We ask guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests.  Cellular phones and pagers are not permitted in treatment areas.

Children Under 12
We are unable to render services to those guests accompanied by children.

Payment of Services and Products
Skinsations Spa accepts US currency, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and personal checks with proper i.d., no travelers checks accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates
Skinsations Spa Gift Certificates are not refundable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.  They are for service and products only.

Merchandise Returns
Due to the nature of our clinical products prescribed by a licensed professional, returns are done by a scheduled consultation to determine and record reasons for reaction.  Returns are made by company check or credit card voucher.

Refund Policy
Services - exchange only for spa credit.  No refunds on gift certificates, pre-paid services or series programs.  Gift Certificate transfer - $11.00 transfer fee plus any price change amount.

Gratuities
Rates do not include gratuity.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Gratuities are accepted by cash, 18% -20% of your service total is a standard base.  Envelopes for tipping your therapist are provided at check-in desk.

Donations
We are a huge giver! Our donations are strictly given to our Skinsations client's. Please make request by e-mail, we receive approximately 30 requests a month, in the month of December approximately 160 requests. For December requests please contact starting September. December for most businesses is the busiest month of the year. Every charity organization contacts us in December making it impossible to get to your request. Charity gift cards, one per person.

Note to charity gift organizers. Finding a lot of businesses are reluctant to pass out gift cards? What organizations do not realize is what we see coming back to us. Gift cards are given to end up in the hands of persons giving to the charities by checks or auctions, the desired clientele highend businesses are looking for. However gift cards often end up being given out to volenters and students in thanks of their service. Never making it to the intended receipients businesses are told in exchange for the free services, items ect... this gets very disheartening as usually businesses will see this receiver once for their free visit. Our benevolence programs work differently from the gift card give aways.

SKINSATIONS SERIES & MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM Our series program allows you to pre-pay for services and receive significant savings on your treatments. Series program offers more flexibility. Use when ever you like. Friends or business associets can also use your series program. Also use your series for gift card purchases. Membership Program Will give you the same pricing of the 16 month series pricing $79. per massage or facial ($99. reg.) fabulous price without the upfront cost. Membership is charged monthly. Service are 1 per month during the duration of your choosen membership. Ask for all the details.  Example: 60 minute massage or facial $99. 8 month series price: $86.50 each 16 month advanced series: $80.50 each
