Giving your body and muscles the time it needs to release the knots, lumps, bumps, strains, stresses and soreness you've gained along the way in this journey called life. Each session pays incredible detail to the often neglected areas such as the face and sinuses, scalp, hands and feet in a way unlike you have never experienced before. Combining several massage modalities like lymphatic drainage (to release swelling and inflammation), trigger point therapy (causes a releasing action to tight muscles) Swedish (inducing a deep state of relaxation). Face and sinus work optional.
